I came across this and I am highly thinking about getting this! I have always had the problem when I put my used diapers in the trash can it starts to smell really bad and i can’t seem to keep it within my trash and it leaks out in the rest of the room. If I had something like this I could keep them just in here and that way the smell could stay inside, but i’m not sure how well this would work. I have always been one to put extra messy diapers in individual bags to keep the smell in and I usually throw them out pretty soon after! Just thought I Would share this with you all! I know this is nothing very special but it seems nice!

We have one of the “Simple Human” ones and it seems to work pretty well. The lid really helps.

Funny; I also have the Simple Human can. My diapers tend to be more pooped in than peed in, so there’s more of “that” smell than the strong acidic odor. When you say “extra messy”, Stacy, do you mean poopy or just heavily peed? Sorry if I’m being too “graphic” here, but I just want to know that when you say “messy” you mean “pooped in”, and will mentally adjust in your future texts. =} (understanding that “messy” IS the normal term for this, but sometimes it’s used for either and sometimes it’s important to know which it is).
